We cannot do it without you!

We are looking for volunteers like yourself who are looking to make a positive impact and make this special anniversary gala our most successful to date! This annual event plays a huge role in fundraising dollars for Fresh Start's medical programs; in turn, your help will directly help children yearning for a bright future.

The event will be broken down into 2-3 shifts for volunteers. Our first shift will (approximately) begin at 11:00 am and the last shift will (approximately) end around 11:30 pm. There are a variety of positions available for night-of based on the evening’s timeline. We will hold a training session prior to the event to ensure everyone is comfortable with their positions and is prepared to have a wonderful time! If you are interested in volunteering leading up to the event, please feel free to reach out so we can make a plan! We hope you and your friends are able to participate in this fun-filled event!

Pre-Event

Set-Up: You will help unload decorations and auction packages, help decorate the space,
and help organize the auction tables.

Reception 

Raffle: You will help sell raffle tickets to guests, take payment, and talk up the prizes.

Silent Auction: You will help monitor a silent auction area, answer questions about the
auction items, assist guests in finding packages that might interest them, and encourage
bidding.

Dinner Program 

Live Auction: You will help locate bidders and retrieve the winners’ payment information at 
their table.

Sponsor a Patient: You will help the auctioneer find bidders in the audience and record bid
numbers.

Auction Check Out/Runner: You will work with the checkout team by grabbing any
packages that have been won and having the winner sign that they received their prize.

Post Event 

Clean Up: You will help clean any remaining decorations and auction items from the tables
after the guests have left. All hands on deck!
