  • Title Sponsorship:  Covers the full hard costs of a complex craniofacial surgery, as well as hospitalization and treatment for 10 days post-op.​
  • Platinum Sponsorship: Covers the full hard costs for cleft lip and palate repair surgery, as well as the orthodontic treatments to prepare for craniofacial surgery when facial bones have finished growing (usually age 18-20). ​
  • Gold Sponsorship: Covers the full hard costs of lodging, travel and medication during the duration of treatment from when the patient is a baby and reaches adulthood. ​
  • Silver Sponsorship: Covers the full treatment and care for a patient with craniofacial asymmetry. Patients typically are infants who may need reshaping helmets, surgery, hospitalization and follow up care. ​
  • Bronze Sponsorship: Covers the full hard costs of X-rays, surgical models, and surgical components for a craniofacial surgery.
